About usSince our humble beginnings back in 1994, where we operated out of a spare room in our home, we now have an operation which services many customers throughout Sydney, NSW and now nationwide. Through dedication to detail and customer service our business has grown extensively. Over the past 9 years we have moved twice to larger premises and in the last 5 years taken our business online due to an every increasing demand. We offer a vast range of adult costumes for hire, also children's book week characters, at very affordable prices. Also on offer are discounts for high school students. All our hires come with specified accessories, at no added cost to the customer. BEHIND THE SCENES Costumes are returned every Monday, and then sorted for laundering or dry cleaning. All wigs are washed and styled ready for their next hire. Accessories are cleaned and filed away. We have a seamstress on the premises who mends, alters and creates new costumes, which she adds to our already expansive collection. Our booking service provides our customers with a way to ensure that they get the costume they are after. The process begins with costumes being reserved and placed on our reserve rack. Each costume is tagged with the customer's name, contact details, description of costume including accessories and date required. Customers are then able to reserve their costumes by leaving a non refundable holding deposit. |
