REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

 
Here at Sydney Fancy Dress we offer an exchange or money back guarantee, on any product which is returned within 7 days of delivery.  We refund for merchandise only and NOT postage and handling fees.
 
Conditions for return of goods:
1.  Packaged products must be in their original / unopened packaging.
2.  Costumes must have manufacturers tag and be unworn.
 
A $5.00 handling and administration fee applies on returns.
 
All returns should be sent via registered post, we accept no responsibility if the parcel does not reach us.  Once the parcel is returned we will then process it.

Regular post is as follows:
 
3 - 5  working days (NSW, ACT, Q-LD, VIC, SA, TAS)
5 - 10 working days (NT & WA)
Delays may be expected over the Christmas period.
 
Within Australia a $9.95 Standard Delivery fee is applicable up to $99.99
Within Australia Express Post is $14.25
